How Much Experience Does Advantage Have with Sourcing, Implementing, and Managing Connectivity Services? Advantage supports hundreds of global organizations from a diverse range of industries with full-scale technology lifecycle services. For over 20 years, we have helped small businesses to multi-billion-dollar enterprises around the world optimize their technology ecosystem to realize lower acquisition and operating costs.
Why Should I Work with Advantage? We routinely save our customers 20-40% in service procurement costs in addition to shortening implementation timelines by nearly 25%. We offer a genuine return on investment from a true partner with real “skin in the game”. Most clients say they love having Advantage as an extension of their team, providing expertise across the entire technology lifecycle, while reducing lifecycle operating expenses.
How Does Advantage Make Money? Advantage is paid a commission by our service provider(s), but not until our clients are actually receiving service value. 
What Does It Mean to Have Advantage as My Agent of Record? With Advantage listed as the Agent of Record, our teams have the ability to directly manage the vendor(s) and their services on your behalf. This includes monitoring and maintaining all contracts and orders as well as service adds, changes, moves, or disconnects.
Why Doesn’t Advantage Charge Clients for Agent Services? We don’t need to. We are a true advocate for our clients, and as such, Advantage provides an extraordinary level of service as part of our core Technology Lifecycle Optimization Methodology℠ (TLO) and its associated scope of services, which includes design, sourcing, installation, operations, and expense validation. 
Does Advantage Ever Charge Its Clients? Our clients incur fees for non-agent services. Also, our clients incur fees for services that fall outside the scope of our complimentary TLO offerings. For example, if a client wishes to expand our Service Desk offering beyond its standard feature set. Similarly, there are nominal fees for invoice processing.
Will Advantage Only Manage Services for Which They Are the Agent of Record? No, we can support our clients with non-agent services for a fee.
Is Advantage a Managed Service Provider (MSP)? Yes! We are truly an extension of your operations, for the long term.
Is Advantage an Aggregator? No. We do not buy and resell ISP services. Rather, we provide an alternative by which customers contract directly with providers for services that are then managed by our team.
What are the Stages of the Technology Lifecycle Optimization Methodology℠ (TLO)? Our core Technology Lifecycle Optimization Methodology℠ (TLO) includes design, sourcing, installation, operations, and expense validation services.
