AN UPDATE FROM ADVANTAGE REGARDING COVID-19

Each day we are learning more about COVID-19 and how it is impacting the places where we live and work. I wanted to take a moment to assure you that Advantage is acutely focused on keeping our employees and communities safe while providing uninterrupted service to our Partners and Clients. 

As a company, we have shared strict guidelines with our team that adheres to the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. As per our corporate Business Continuity Plan, we have tools and technology in place to enable our entire staff to securely and effectively work remotely; as such our team will continue to operate business as usual with no disruptions in the delivery of services. Our systems and Command Center application operate on a fully redundant cloud-based infrastructure, providing the highest level of resiliency and security without requiring staff on site. We are in regular contact with our providers, and are confident that our ability to address client needs will not be impacted.
