What to Expect

The Interview Process

At Advantage, we aspire to be as transparent as possible, including during our first introductions with new candidates. All interview participants can expect:

 

  1. Introductory Call: During this 30-minute phone call, we'll ask about your goals and professional passions while also providing information on what it's like to work at Advantage.
  2. Collaborative Review: Your resume and screening notes will be reviewed by our hiring team to determine the best match for the opportunity.
  3. Meet the Hiring Manager: We'll invite you to a 1-hour video interview with the hiring manager for a deeper dive into your background, experience, and impact you hope to make.
Advantage Virtual Interview

The interview process is subject to change based on the specific role we're seeking to fill. You may be asked to demonstrate your skills by responding to an example activity prompt, or we will ask you to meet with other individuals within the department with whom you would frequently collaborate. You may also be invited to meet with our senior leadership team for an opportunity to explore broader company goals and values.
