PROJECT COORDINATOR - EXPENSE MANAGEMENT

POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator at Advantage Communications Group is a collaborative team player who will support the Expense Project Implementation Manager with the setup and delivery of our Enterprise customers inventory and expense services. The project coordinator will utilize their organizational, communication, and MS Excel expertise to facilitate an impeccable transition from Sales to the Expense and Inventory production environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in partnership with Manager and internal teams to ensure our customers have a superior transition to the inventory and expense lifecycle phase of their engagement with Advantage.
- Attend kick-off meetings with the Manager to understand project timelines, deliverables, and customer requirements to create a detailed project plan.
- Oversees collection and organization of extensive data from customer and service providers, formats in Excel and ensure complete and accurate upload into Liaison/Command Center.
- Verify and maintain account numbers, cost centers, locations, and inventory.
- Track and communicate progress, ensuring management is aware of any challenges or issues that may affect the project.
- Simultaneously support multiple projects, for multiple Advantage customers.
- Collaborate and communicate with all members of the Advantage project teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience creating technical content aimed at internal and external users of Web-based SAAS application.
- Experience with Business Process Mapping Notation or similar frameworks for documenting business processes
- IT and or telecommunications experience a plus
- Experience producing documentation in an Agile environment.
- Experience developing or defining a style guide, which is also listed above under responsibilities.
- Extensive experience with documentation tools, including:
- Microsoft Office suite including Visio
- Adobe Technical Communications Suite (Framemaker and Robohelp)
- Experience with SharePoint content management using Wiki, Document libraries, and metadata management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills to document activities, anticipate challenges, plan, schedule, monitor performance per priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and administrative skills to present information professionally, competently, and confidently verbally and in writing.
- Excellent attention to detail to identify errors, risk and communicate to management in a timely fashion.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences.
- Background including an understanding of expense management or cost allocation is required.
- Understanding of Telecom industry is a plus.
- High degree of initiative and able to manage one's own time.
- Able to coordinate multiple requests simultaneously and switch tasks based on shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and SharePoint (MS Office Suite) required.
- Minimum of 5 years in Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or administrative role.
Advantage provides salary commensurate with experience and achievement. The expected salary range for this position is $55,000-65,000 per year.
